How We Operate：

• Urgent orders before 11:00 AM are processed for same-day shipment on business days when possible.
• Urgent orders after 11:00 AM are processed within 24 business hours.
• Standard Ground orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.

• Next Day Air cut-off is 11:00 AM. Delivery times are not guaranteed and carrier delays are not our responsibility.
• LTL / FTL shipments require additional time for carrier scheduling.

• Orders ship after payment approval and are processed in accordance with agreed wholesale terms.
• Shipments may be delayed if the credit limit is exceeded or invoices are past due.
• All orders are subject to inventory availability.
